Throughout the system you can select then right-click an element to access a menu of the most common tasks associated with that selection. Users of the Mac operating system will use the Option key click to access "right-click" menus. The options depend on the element selected. For example selecting a heading in the Explorer tree usually lets you create a new element of this kind or display and modify its properties. Selecting a specific action or data source instance under the heading lets you modify or use it. See Action menu, Data source menu, Event menu, Workflow menu for examples and illustrations of right click menus. In many cases the right-click menu functions are also accessible from toolbar icons. In general you will find the following right-click menu options are usually available:
Show/Hide Explorer
: Select to remove the Explorer window and show
only the Details pane (see Workspace). If
you choose to hide, you have the option to show again using the top option
from the File menu.
Details View: displays the selection as a list in the Details pane, see Details and lists for more.
Refresh
: refreshes the display for the selected section of Explorer.
Delete
: removes the selected item.
New or
: creates new item of the kind selected
Logout: logs the user out of the system. A new user must enter their own details from Login option on the File menu, see Login/Logout.
Properties
: Displays the properties screen for the item selected
in the right-hand Details pane, see Action
properties or Data
source properties.
Cut / Copy /
Paste / Shortcut : These options allow artifacts to be copied from one project
to another, an alternative to dragging and dropping. They also available
from the Edit menu. A shortcut rather than
copy is used when actions are transferred to hosts, in which case altering
the action on the project will also update the instance on the host, see

Load / Save definition
: creates a file used to import
or export the selected action or data source between projects running
on separate servers or separate applications, see Load/Save
definitions for more.
Reports: creates an XML file that reports on the selected action or data source details, see Reports.
Details: displays items in the Details pane in a details list view. See Details and lists and View menu.
Large Icons: displays items in the Details pane in a large icon view. See Details and lists and View menu.
