The Details pane, on the right of the Explorer in the system Workspace, is where you can display details of the elements listed in the Explorer tree. For example double clicking a specific action in the Explorer list shows the Property window for this action in the Details pane.
To show details of an item in the Details pane double click the item in Explorer. For example double-click a particular action or data source to see the properties of this item.
To create a list of items in the Details pane right-click the node in Explorer corresponding to the elements you want to include in the list, and choose Details View from the right-click menu of this selection. For example if you want a list of the email actions in Project A, then select the Email Actions node under this project heading in the Explorer, right-click and choose the Details View and you will then see a list of all items of the kind selected on the right.
Dragging copies from lists: You can drag and drop between lists to copy and paste. It is often quicker to drag a copy of an action or data source then change some of its details, than to create a new element from scratch. You can create a copy by dragging directly from one part of the Explorer tree to another, see Drag or copy and paste.
Two different views of lists in the Details pane are available, and you make your choice using the right-click menu or from the View menu when an element is selected:
Details: displays the list with details in columns, as in the example above. This list can be sorted using the triangular symbol showing at the head of one of the columns - press it to reverse the current ordering in this column.
Large icons: displays the list with large icons instead of in columns of details.
