An Administrator or Super User can view other users under the User node at the top of the Explorer tree and has visibility of all projects and hosts. Standard users however will need to have projects and hosts assigned to them, see Users overview for details on the different kinds of user.
To assign a project or host to a user: First create the new user if required, see New user, then expand their details in the Explorer by pressing + next to their name so the Assigned Hosts, Assigned Projects headings appear. Right-click the appropriate heading and then choose Assign Host or Assign Project from the right-click menu. This brings up the Select Host or Select Project window in the Details pane on the right, allowing you to select the required host or project from a list or else you can search to identify it, see Selecting and Searching.
A standard user sees only the hosts and projects which are assigned to them in the Explorer tree and cannot assign hosts and projects, see User properties.
