This large house is surrounded by a garden of native and fruit trees, with spectacular views over the Firth of Thames. The house has 6 - 8 bedrooms depending on how you arrange the many living areas. The house is accessed by a driveway one kilometre long. The steepest parts are concreted, the rest is metalled. There is a stream and native trees beside the drive. The house lies in a field, as shown in the aerial photo opposite, and above stretches the 85 ha farm, a mixture of pasture and trees.

The setting of the house is completely private with no other houses can be seen. The house itself is large, light and airy, and could accommodate paying guests. The layout makes it also very suitable for several adults, or for more than one family, with private spaces opening onto the large main livingroom and deck. Alternatively the house and field might be suited to an organic farm with room in the house for willing workers.
