We are New Zealanders who moved back to the Coromandel in the 1980's after living for several years in the UK, in Snowdonia North Wales.

We lived in this house for 20 years and brought up five children here. Our children went to Te Puru school and then Thames High School in the years that we lived in this house, but they have now moved on.

We love this place on the Coromandel and have created this website to try and find other people who will love it and look after it. If you think that might be you, please get in touch:

The cost of renting the house is NZ$500 per week. For this price the lawns are regularly mowed and there is a rental agent who can look after you when we are away. We are negotiable about the land, which could include a smallholding and even the 85 ha farm which may be available to the right tenants. As an indication of price we would charge a rental of NZ$650 per week for the house and all the land.
